The Organizing, Logistics & Convention Committee (OL&CC) is responsible for organizing each event with the utmost professionalism taking care of all the minute details. The committee conducts the Flagship event of the Department of Financial Studies, The Annual Convention wherein many prominent personalities in the field of Finance, Consulting, Analytics & Economics come together under one roof. The OL&CC is also responsible for the smooth functioning of every event organized by the department.

In the latest election, Mr. Aryan Sinha was elected as Secretary, while Mr. Omansh Sharma assumed the role of Joint Secretary, representing the committee for the current term (2024-25).
