8th Biennial Conference Frontiers in AI

The Department of Finance and Business Economics (DFBE), University of Delhi, in association with the Seminar Committee of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi, co-organised the 8th Biennial International Conference titled “Frontiers in AI: Shaping the Future of Management.” The conference was held on 9 and 10 April 2026 at the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Auditorium, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce.

The conference examined artificial intelligence as a catalyst for responsible innovation, ethical leadership, and sustainable management. It explored AI’s impact on management thought, practice, and policy across disciplines, addressing concerns such as ethics, governance, sustainability, algorithmic bias, data privacy, and workforce displacement. Research tracks included Finance and Business, Economics and Public Policy, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Operations and Logistics, and Sustainability and Governance, reflecting the event’s interdisciplinary scope.

A special issue under SN Business and Economics, published by Springer Nature, was proposed to enable conference researchers to publish in an indexed international outlet. The issue will showcase work on how AI can drive responsible, human-centric management, positioning AI as a tool to strengthen organisations, serve communities equitably, and support sustainable growth. Linking the conference to a Springer Nature special issue ensures the event’s intellectual contributions are part of a permanent, globally visible record, benefiting both Delhi University researchers and student participants.
